- recently_viewed: A local functional cookie storing up to three property IDs that you viewed. This allows us to display your "Recently Viewed Properties" panel on your return visits to customize your real estate search.

- session / access_token: Secure session cookies used to authenticate admin and partner dashboards securely via HTTPS.
We process your details exclusively to connect you with senior advisory representatives, customize recommended commercial assets in Ludhiana, secure admin workspace updates, and evaluate general website performance to make the application faster and more responsive.
We implement SSL/TLS encryption across all network transfers. Your data is stored securely using Supabase backend databases.
No Sharing with Third Parties: We never sell, lease, or distribute your email addresses, phone records, or inquiry logs to external marketing agencies or outside brokers. All advisory contacts are made directly by designated agents of Landmark Realtors.
